Get involved

Help build this movement

Change the world, start with yourself. And when you're ready to go further: help build. Real Human Goals doesn't grow through marketing, but because people join and contribute.

Ways to get involved

More than a follower

You can follow Real Human Goals from a distance. Read something occasionally, take a thought with you, continue with your day. That's valuable and welcome. And if you want more, there's more.

This movement is not an institution that produces content for consumers. It's a community of people building together toward something larger than themselves. Who not only receive, but also contribute.

There's a place for you. Not because we're short-handed, but because the movement becomes stronger from every voice, every perspective, every unique contribution people bring. Below you'll find four ways to get involved. See what fits you.

For engaged individuals

Become a volunteer

Volunteers are the beating heart of Real Human Goals. They help where needed, bring their own talents, and make possible what otherwise couldn't happen.

What volunteers do varies. It can involve practical matters like supporting events or managing communication channels. It can also mean thinking along about content, writing or translating texts, or using your network to spread the movement.

We don't ask for fixed hours or long-term commitment. What we do ask for is genuine engagement. The willingness to think along, work along, and grow along.

As a volunteer, you get access to a group of like-minded people. You're part of conversations that matter. And you directly contribute to something you believe in.

For whom?

For everyone who wants to give time and energy to the growth of this movement, without direct obligations.

What do we ask?

  • Affinity with the Real Human Goals philosophy
  • Willingness to contribute flexibly where needed
  • An open attitude and independence

What do you get?

  • Connection with a community of like-minded people
  • The satisfaction of contributing to something meaningful
  • Space to deploy your own talents

For facilitators, guides, and therapists

Become a practitioner

Facilitators and guides are those who bring the philosophy to life in conversations, gatherings, and trajectories. They help others explore and apply the 17 Goals in their own lives, teams, or organizations.

This is not a role you just pick up. It requires deepening in the philosophy, skills in guiding groups or individuals, and the willingness to keep developing yourself.

Facilitators can independently start conversation groups in their own environment. They can lead gatherings, guide reflection moments, or give workshops. Always from the spirit of Real Human Goals: warm, honest, and without pretense.

If you're interested in this role, we'd love to have a conversation with you about what's needed and how we can support you.

Through The Other Workshop, you can develop into a certified RHG Practitioner. You not only learn the philosophy but learn to embody it and transfer it to others. All training programs are based on the 17 Real Human Goals and the Five Domains of Human Sustainability.

  • Access to materials and tools

For organizations or individuals

Become a strategic partner

Real Human Goals doesn't stand alone. The movement works together with partners who translate the philosophy to specific contexts and audiences.

Strategic partners are organizations or individuals who, from their own expertise and network, contribute to spreading human sustainability. That can happen in many ways: by integrating the philosophy into their services, by organizing events together, by making their platform available, or through other forms of collaboration.

A partnership with Real Human Goals is not a transaction. It's a relationship based on shared values and mutual trust.

We're looking for partners who don't just want to benefit, but also want to contribute. Products and services are developed in collaboration. The Real Human Goals philosophy cannot be freely interpreted. This way we ensure the quality and integrity of everything offered under our banner.

If you think your organization or initiative would be a natural partner, we'd love to hear from you.

For whom?

For organizations, entrepreneurs, or initiatives wanting to integrate the Real Human Goals philosophy into their own work.

What do we ask?

  • Organizations or initiatives with a mission aligned with human sustainability
  • Willingness for long-term collaboration
  • Integrity and transparency in how you work

What's the added value?

  • Joint visibility and reinforcement
  • Access to the network and community of Real Human Goals
  • Collaboration on content, events, or projects

For facilitators, guides, and therapists

Join the think tank

Real Human Goals is not a static framework. It's living philosophy that develops through conversation, reflection, and confrontation with practice.

The think tank is a group of people thinking along about the big questions. How do we take the Real Human Goals further? How do we test the philosophy against the foundation it rests on? How do the 17 Goals relate to current developments? Where does the philosophy fall short and how can we strengthen it? What does human sustainability mean in different contexts?

Think tank members come from different backgrounds: science, philosophy, business, healthcare, education, arts. That diversity is intentional. We believe the best insights emerge where different perspectives meet.

Participation in the think tank is by invitation, but you can always express your interest. We're looking for people who can think critically without becoming cynical, who combine depth with practical relevance.

For whom?

For thinkers, researchers, and practitioners wanting to contribute to the substantive deepening and development of the philosophy.

What do we ask?

  • Substantive expertise or experience in a relevant domain
  • Willingness for critical reflection and constructive dialogue
  • Time to periodically contribute to conversations and development

What do you get?

  • Connection with a diverse group of thinkers and doers
  • Influence on the direction of the philosophy
  • Intellectual stimulation and deepening

Not ready for a role yet?

Just begin where you are

Maybe you feel drawn to this movement, but don't yet know which role fits you. Or maybe your life is too full right now to take on something extra.

That's okay. There's no pressure.

You can also stay connected in other ways:

  • Share the movement with others. Know someone for whom Real Human Goals could be valuable? Tell them about it, send a link, share a thought. This is how the movement grows organically.
  • Apply the 17 Goals in your own life. You don't need to be a member of anything to live more consciously. Take what resonates and leave the rest.
  • Come back later. Maybe this isn't the right time. Save this page, set a reminder, and check in a few months to see if something has changed.

The door is open. When you're ready, we're here.

Toward the future

Moving forward together

Real Human Goals is what we make of it together. Every individual who joins brings something that wasn't there before. A perspective, a talent, a network, a piece of energy.

We don't know exactly where this movement is heading. That's okay. What we do know is that we're doing it together. Step by step, human by human.
