Change the world, start with yourself
Help build a more humane world
Change the world, start with yourself. At Real Human Goals, we work with people who take that literally. We're not looking for résumés, but for people who share the same conviction and want to do something with it.

Who we are
More than an organization
Real Human Goals is not a traditional company. We're a movement of people who want to place humans back where they belong: at the center of how we live, work, and coexist.
We develop philosophy, build community, and inspire others to live more consciously. Not with big campaigns or quick promises, but by consistently doing what we believe.
Working at Real Human Goals means being part of something that's growing. Something still taking shape. That requires people who can handle uncertainty, who take initiative without waiting for instructions, and who are driven by the mission itself.
It's not for everyone. But for the right people, it's exactly what they're looking for.

What we work on
Our mission in practice
Every day we work on spreading and deepening human sustainability. That sounds abstract, but it translates into very concrete things.
- We develop content that touches people. Texts, images, and stories that make the philosophy accessible without oversimplifying it. That help people see what they already felt but didn't have words for yet.
- We build community. Places where people find each other, learn from each other, and grow together in awareness. Online and offline, small and growing.
- We support application. Through partner sites like Transformation Nomads and The Other Workshop, we help the philosophy land in organizations, teams, and individual lives.
- We strengthen the foundation. The systems, processes, and structures needed to keep a movement running. Not the most visible work, but essential.
- We develop the Human Sustainability Framework. The instruments that make human sustainability measurable: Human Fulfillment Indicators, the Human Sustainability Monitor, the Human Footprint. From carbon footprint to human footprint.
Everything we do serves one question: how do we help more people live, work, and lead more consciously?
Core values
These are our values
These values aren't for show. They determine how we collaborate internally and how we make choices when developing philosophy, products, and services. Walk the talk.
Honest Compass
We say what's true, even when it grates.

Pure Heart
We do what's right, even when no one's watching.

Peacemakers
We build bridges, not walls.

Unwavering Trust
We hold to our mission, especially when it storms.

Hopeful Future
We build today what makes tomorrow better.

Life-Giving Words
We speak and write so people grow.
How we work
Our way of collaborating
We try to work the way we believe work should be. That doesn't mean everything is perfect, but it does mean we consciously choose certain principles.

Trust over control. We assume people want to do their work and do it well. Micromanagement doesn't fit. Taking responsibility does.

Honesty over harmony. We say what we think, even when it's uncomfortable. Not to hurt, but because real collaboration requires real feedback.

Flexibility over rigidity. We work with people from different places, with different rhythms. What counts is what you contribute, not when or where you do it.

Growth over perfection. We're a movement in the making. That means we make mistakes, learn, and adjust. If you can't handle that, we're not the right fit.

Mission over ego. It's not about individual recognition. It's about what we're trying to build together. That requires people who can put their own interests in perspective.

Who we're looking for
People who fit the mission
We're not looking for specific degrees or years of experience in a particular field. We're looking for people with a certain mindset.
- You believe in the mission. Not because it sounds good, but because you feel it. You recognize the urgency of human sustainability and want to actively contribute to it.
- You take initiative. In a growing movement, there's always more to do than hands to do it. We're looking for people who see what's needed and pick it up, without waiting to be asked.
- You can handle complexity and uncertainty. We don't have all the answers. Structures are developing. Plans change. If you need a mapped-out path, this isn't the place.
- You're honest and reflective. About your own abilities, your limitations, your mistakes. You're open to feedback and give it to others too.
- You work well together. Despite being able to operate independently, you know the best results come from collaboration. You communicate clearly and keep others informed.
Examples of roles
What we work on
To give an idea of the kind of work that happens within Real Human Goals, here are some examples of roles. These are not job openings, but illustrations of the expertise and contributions that form the movement.
Content Creator
Writes, edits, and develops content that translates the philosophy into accessible texts, articles, and materials. Combines depth with clarity. Understands that good content isn't about what you want to say, but about what the reader needs to understand.
Visual Designer
Shapes how Real Human Goals looks and feels. Develops images, graphics, and visual systems that radiate the warmth and clarity of the philosophy. Thinks not just in beautiful, but in meaningful.
Technical Support
Ensures the digital infrastructure works. Website, platforms, systems. Solves problems, thinks along about improvements, and keeps everything running so others can do their work.
Community Builder
Builds and maintains the community around Real Human Goals. Creates places where people feel welcome and engage with each other. Facilitates conversations, signals what's alive, and translates that into improvements.
Strategist
Thinks along about the big picture. Where is the movement going? Which choices do we make and not make? How do we ensure everything we do contributes to the mission? Connects daily practice with long-term vision.
Operational All-rounder
Does what's needed to make the movement function. Administration, planning, coordination, communication. Not the most glamorous work, but indispensable. Loves bringing structure to complexity.

Open application
No vacancy, but an invitation
We don't currently have open positions. But that doesn't mean we're not open to new people.
If you recognize yourself in what you read here, if you feel this is the place where you want to contribute, we invite you to contact us. Not with a formal cover letter, but with an honest story.
Tell us who you are. Not your résumé, but what drives you. What you recognize in Real Human Goals. Where you think you can contribute.
We can't promise there's something immediately available. But we read everything that comes in and keep it on file. When space opens up for new people, we first look at who has already reached out.
The right people often find us before we find them.
Meaning
Not just a job
Working at Real Human Goals isn't for everyone. It's not the place for those seeking security, chasing rapid growth, or primarily focused on their own career.
It is the place for those who want to mean something. Who are willing to build something that's not quite there yet. Who get energy from a mission larger than themselves.
If that's you, we'd love to hear from you.
